The apartment is very comfortable and very homey. It had everything one would need for an extended stay in Paris - all conveniences just like home.

My friend Anne and I had the most wonderful trip to Paris in February. Your delightful Chanoinesse apartment made our trip absolutely perfect. Most of all, you were such a big help to us in deciding where to stay and what to do. Many thanks for all your terrific advice. I am very sad that I never got back to Paris again this spring but the memories of my one visit are wonderful. Many thanks to you for making it so great.
- Martha B., Spartanburg, USA - February 2003

The apartment was great - centrally located, private, clean and had everything that we needed for small meal prep and relaxing after a long day exploring the city. We could not have asked for anything more - the building was charming and quiet - but most of all more comfortable than a hotel could be. The man that met us to let us into the apartment was wonderful - showed us everything we could need to know about the apartment before leaving us with the telephone numbers where we could reach someone should we need anything or have any questions. Thank you for helping us have the best time ever on our trip to Paris!!! Melissa and Tim

We were very pleased with our stay at Rue Chanoinesse. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to all of central Paris. The apartment was very quiet, as advertised, with comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. We would certainly consider it for future visits, and are recommending Cooper Paris Flats to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay on rue Chanoinesse very much. The location was great because we could walk for 5 minutes to the left bank, and the metro, or 5 minutes to the right bank for that metro. Of course being right beside Notre Dame was wonderful also. There were always people at the front of the cathedrale, but only neighborhood people (and the police station!) on our street. The woman who runs the little store downstairs from the apartment was very nice and helpful, and she carried all the things we would need except for fresh stuff and bread. The boulagerie was around the corner. A supermarket and excellant other stores are on Ile St. Louis, maybe ten minutes away. We made our own breakfast and sometimes lunch, and one time a dinner of pre-cooked goodies. The apartment itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great! We loved hearing birds and morning bells. Everything worked well. The TV was a bit complicated for us and we would have liked a toaster rather than what was provided. Plenty of hot water, good heaters ( we used them). The only thing missing that could have been better was more drawers to put our stuff.
- Dominique L., Milford, MA, USA - March 2004

What a charming apartment. I loved the entrance to the courtyard and the location. ZThe apartment seemed to be restored to it's original look and I bet was filled with history of years ago. We will be coming back that's for sure.
- Marianne B., Yorktown Heights, USA - April 2004

The apartment was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Incredibly convenient to all the sights (and some incredible restaurants) yet quiet and private, the apartment provided a feel of what it must have been like to live in the Paris of old. The next time I am in Paris I hope to spend it there!
- William P., Washington DC, USA - April 2004

The location is what we liked best. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The grocery store was an added plus and well stocked. It was a nice and easy experience to deal with Cooper-Paris-Flats.

I just had THE best time in Paris, and much of that is due to the wonderful apartment on rue Chanoinesse. The pictures in your web site are good, but could never have fully described the quality of the apartment or the ideal location. It was a business trip for me, but that might be the true test - how to get to meetings and convention center easily can be a real trick in a strange city. The location of that apartment was absolutely perfect for travel on the Metro to quickly and easily get where I needed to go. I have always thought that it's the people that make a place worth visiting - and then visit again. Your apartment certainly helped make a positive impression of Paris and its people. So close to everything, from the friendly grocery downstairs to everything Paris has to offer. And we got everywhere easily either on foot or by Metro to restaurants offering every kind of food, famous sights, art galleries. I personally cannot think of a single thing that I would have done differently.

The apartment was great--a little tiny bit small for us but had everything we needed. The location was fantastic--what a treat to have Notre Dame out the window and fresh croissants and Berthillon just across the bridge on Ile St. Louis. Couldn't have been better.
- Harriot M., San Rafael, CA - June 2004

I stayed for two months and was delighted with the location, the charm of the flat and the incredible service. Laundry was taken care of promptly, the office called regularly to make sure everything was going well and a DSL was even installed while I was there. EXCELLENT! I am traveling through Europe, spending a month or two in various cities and this flat was one of the best.
- Tim E., San Francisco, USA - July 2004

What a fantastic ten days we had in Paris!!! The apartment was PERFECT for our needs. It was roomier than we had expected by the photographs, it was very comfortable with good mattress on the bed, it was wonderful to have high-speed internet access for our laptop, and we used everything from the washer-dryer to the radio and TV. All was in good working order! We especially appreciated how clean the apartment was. The uneven ancient floors were charming, and the sounds of birds and bells of Notre Dame added to the warm atmosphere We will definitely deal with Cooper Flats again.

Hi, We had an excellent experience renting the apartment. I was traveling with two over 85s and it went well, as they could handle the short flight of stairs. Very convenient to taxi stand for getting cabs to our destinations. Grocery handy (next door and on Il de St. Louis (spelling). Very friendly helpful team--yours. Thank you and I will recommend you highly. Paula

Our flat was lovely and just as presented on the website. Checking in and out was quick and easy.
- Mary M., Chesterton, USA - July 2006

Lovely flat in the centre of Paris near Notre Dame. Centrally located for walking to most museums and very close to the River Seine. The flat was very Parisian but with modern amenities. It was very clean and the queen size bed was extra comfortable. Glenn Cooper and staff were available to give any advice that was required. The location of the flat was close to many excellent restaurants, some of which were located on Ile de St. Louis. A small grocery store was next door which was very convenient. If we ever go back to Paris we would definitely book our accommodation through Paris Flats. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend the flat located at Rue Chanoinesse.

We really enjoyed our stay and also found the booking process very easy. Loved the location next to Notre Dame. Great access to the entire city. The apartment was also very nice, plenty of space for two people, and the WiFi access was great. Booking was very easy through the website, e-mails, and a fax. Easily found the location to meet to pick up the keys, and then it was a quick trip to the apartment. Once there, everything was very well documented, clear and concise instructions for everything. The little store downstairs was convenient and very friendly, and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
- Dan W., Denver, United States - March 2007

We had a wonderful time in our charming and incredibly convenient apt. Glenn and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and extremely responsive. We really felt like we had friends in Paris! The apt had everything we needed and worked out perfectly. Thank you SO much! We hope to return, and will recommend you to friends!
- Carrie I., Bethesda, USA - July 2007

This apartment was wonderful, a feeling of being back in history. The apartment was well equipped, as all of Glenn's apartments are. The staff was helpful and responsive. The apartment is quiet and centrally located.
- Sarah W., New Canaan, USA - July 2007

The apartment was delightful and we had such a special visit over New Years. We were half a block from Notre Dame and could see the flying buttresses out of one window and could almost see Quasimodo at the top of the tower out of the other window! It was a perfect location and the apartment was so cozy. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. After walking throughout Paris during the day we fell into bed at night and slept so soundly. Glenn went out of his way to track me down when I forgot my wallet at Galeries Lafayette and the security department was trying to return it to me. Everything was perfect. I have stayed in apartments in Paris with 3 other companies and Cooper Flats rates right there at the top. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying there again. Merci!
- Sharon M., Pacific Palisades, United States - January 2008

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Mr. Cooper's flats. It is the perfect place for a Paris vacation; the flats are charming, very well-equipped, wonderfully located, both central, and quiet! The availability of Mr. Cooper and his staff are so helpful. We enjoyed Paris so much, largely because of these beautiful apartments. Thank you.
- Mary C., Candler, North Carolina, USA - March 2008

Choosing and booking the apartment online was easy and efficient. Directions to the office were precise and the the service that we received upon arriving in Paris was excellent. The apartment was exaclty as advertised, comfortable and had a great location. Overall our stay in Paris was fantastic and we would recommend you to friends and family.
- Greg M., Calgary, Canada - July 2008

My two sisters and I stayed at your apartment at 16 Rue Chanoinesse, Paris from 15 to 20 September this fall. The trip to Paris was a 60th birthday present for our youngest sister. We had a wonderful time. Your apartment was great. It is located on a quiet street right behind Notre Dame. The location could not have been better, and the ambiance was charming, a real taste of old Paris. The accommodations were roomy and comfortable, the kitchen efficient and well equipped, and the washing machine a plus. There was a small grocer downstairs and a good bakery around the corner. We also felt very safe with the constant presence of the Police Prefecture down the block. The free direct dial international phone service was an unexpected perk. Your staff was courteous and helpful. In all this was an excellent experience.
- Kathleen S., Arlington, VA, USA - September 2008

My husband and I brought our 16 year old son and 11 year old daughter to Paris for the first time last August. We still talk about how charming this apartment was, and how much education it gave these American kids the true feeling of living in Paris a long time ago, a block away from Notre Dame and the Siene River where you can take a boat taxi anywhere you want to go off the river like the Eiffel tower. We loved it! Tiny store downstairs to the left where you could get milk or necessities, great bakeries nearby where we would go buy quiche in the morning, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We lucked out because it was a mild August, but I think we'll all remember this vacation for a long time. You walk into this 17th century building on a one-way street next to the police department...big old door entryway, musty smelling courtyard -- in a really nice way, up the very narrow winding staircase to the second floor with an old skeleton key to open the do

And again we had a very enjoyable and fantastic vacation using our Paris apartment as a hub while visiting France and other surrounding countries! Glenn and staff were most helpful resulting in an organized and efficient stay. Thank you for your professionalism, it helps direct our return.
- Patricia and David C., Austin, USA - June 2009

Will never stay in a hotel in Paris again! My mom, her cousin and I stayed in this charming apartment and had the time of our lives. Check-in and the ride over to the apartment was pleasant and painless. The apartment was cozy and old-world, but in a good way. I loved the antique touches - the interior courtyard, the narrow winding stairs, the skeleton key to open the door, the restored wooden beams and floor tiles! If you want to "feel" the history of Paris, this is the apartment for you. The size of the apartment suited our needs perfectly and there is a small grocery store right next to us that has the basics covered. The washer/dryer was convenient and a relatively easy to use. This apartment offers a great central location and travel is easy no matter what you decide to do - walk, metro, bus or taxi it's all right there. Glenn and his staff have thought of everything and I can't wait to go back and share this beautiful city with my husband this time!
- Cynthia Y., Howard Beach, NY, USA - August 2009

Right in the middle of the heartbeat of the original Medieval Paris. The ceiling is medieval but the apartment is modern. Any apartment that Glenn Cooper has is well thought out for comfort and ease of being a Parisian, if only for a week or two. Two steps away from Notre Dame, her bells wake you in the morning and tuck you in at night. Just down the quiet street is a wonderful restaurant that is very welcoming and Madame can cook! Do not miss this gem.
- Merit C., Santa Rosa, CA, USA - April 2007

Apartment was centrally located with ease of access to services and major attractions in Paris. Very warm and friendly environment which made the stay a pleasant and rewarding experience.
- Christine M., Melbourne, Australia - April 2010

We loved this apt. Had the charm of old Paris but convenient to nearly everything. Great having the market downstairs. Wonderful bathroom with easy washer/dryer. Was a great experience and we have already recommended to friends that they contact Glenn Cooper and his firm.
- John B., Palm Desert, United States - May 2010

My sons and I absolutely loved this apartment. Its location was absolutely fabulous. It was so close to Notre Dame that we could listen to her bells ring at night. Metro stops were close by, but we could easily walk to most of the major sites. We found lovely restaurants and boulangeries on nearby Isle de St. Louis. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Cooper Rentals provided instructions for all the appliances, and the free wifi and international calling were easy to use.the bed in the master bedroom was comfy, and the kitchen, although small, had everything we needed to prepare braekfast and the few meals will did eat at the apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
- Linda D., Birmingham, United States - June 2010

We loved the apartment and can't say enough good things about Glenn Cooper and his staff. The apartment is comfortable and airy, and it was fun listening to the chimes of Notre Dame as we went about our day. The ability to wash and dry clothes, to access the internet, and to cook basic meals gave us all the more time to enjoy Paris. There were three of us and we did not feel confined or cramped.
