I had a great stay here. The apartment is located near shops, markets and the metro, but the apartment itself is very quiet. It was also very clean and comfortably furnished (the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils). A final note: the customer service of Rentals in Paris is excellent. During our stay, an issue arose that was dealt with promptly and professionally by Glenn and his staff. I would highly recommend this service and this apartment for anyone interested in visiting Paris.

This is a beautiful, tiny apartment with space divided so that more than one activity can happen at a time. The kitchen is very well equipped, although has no space to store food except for the refrigerator/freezer. Having Picard around the corner solves this (mostly). The neighborhood is the best in Paris for our needs and tastes. Always bustling, restaurants open late, people on the street until the wee hours. The bed is very comfortable and relaxing spaces and furniture work very well. The best part is the attentiveness of Cooper Apartments - Glenn has responsiveness and service "taped." We need more space, but everything else about this apartment is super.

The flat at Rue Vieille du Temple is very accommodating. The space was enough for four to sleep comfortably and the apartment was furnished with all the appliances and utensils we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our 20 year-old twin daughters over the Christmas holiday. We were able to pick up fresh croissants from a nearby bakery each morning to eat with our freshly brewed coffee. We were within walking distance of the Ile d'Cite or three different Metro stops to easily visit any area of the city. The location was also close to many small cafes, shopping, a small grocery store and also the Jewish district - restaurants and bakeries. I would definitely recommend this apartment and your agency to other visitors to the city. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

We loved our little Paris apartment! I stayed there with my two daughters 18 and 21 and it was a wonderful place to be together and to have enough room to have our own quiet time. The bedroom is very nice with great storage space. The den has the couch that converts to two twin beds. All the beds were very comfortable. We had a very difficult time readjusting to the time zone so it was wonderful to have the living room for who ever couldn't sleep to be awake with out disturbing the others. The small kitchen was very well stocked and met out needs perfectly. It was wonderful to have the large department store near the metro as we had some electrical transformer/converter needs. The grocery store a block away was perfect as were the We bakeries. We walked down to the Bastille I believe on Thursday and found an outstanding outdoor market with everything you could imagine. That was great fun. We had a wonderful visit and highly recommend the apartments.

The Marais section of Paris is very active at the moment, containing some beautiful buildings with renovated apartments, Such is the Rue vielle du Temple location, a quiet building with much local color nearby (cafes and restaurants, museums and shops). Is good for two people.

Coming from Québec,French is part of our lives...I chose Cooper Paris Flats over more than 25 agencies recommended by the Office de toursime de Paris. Why? Because of the clarity and honesty that transpired on the website. And we were not disappointed....the appartment on la Rue Vieille du Temple is wonderful with is proximity to EVERYTHING in the most mediaeval part of Paris, the Seine just down a few blocks, Notre Dame across the bridge...Le Louvre 15 minutes away and early morning croissants could be pick up just next door!!! I have been telling all our friends about Glenn and Neil whom I hope to meet again soon...ce n'est qu'un aurevoir.

We very much enjoyed staying in the gorgeous apartment on Rue Vielle du Temple. It was so nice to "come home" to our apartment, where there was a place for everything. We were able to unpack our bags, get our luggage out of sight, and live like Parisians. The apartment is decorated so beautifully with Venetian lighting and art. It was nice to have a door where we could close off the bedroom if one of us was sleeping and the other wanted to watch TV or read. Each morning, I made coffee and strolled down the street to the boulangerie. Nothing better than a fresh croissant or pain au chocolat! It was fun to walk back and forth to the apartment, because other people walking along the street probably thought I lived there. I got a kick out of that! And I don't know if it was the Parisian air, the perfect eggs, my skills, or maybe, just maybe, the very nice cookware, but I made the best omelettes ever in this apartment!
