The apartment was very nice and a perfect location for getting around on the metro and for walking to many locations. The washer/dryer was so nice to have. The Rue Marsollier apartment is fabulous. The living room and kitchen are bright, airy, and comfortable, and the bedroom is ultra-quiet and cozy. Of the several apartments we have rented from rentals-paris.com this is our favorite. The location is superb, and convenient to several Metro stations, Monoprix, and wine vendors. An excellent restaurant, the Meillefere, is close by on Rue Monsigny.

Very nice apartment. Bright and airy; quiet. Overlooks a large courtyard with trees. Close to metro, bus, boulangerie and Monoprix (supermarket). Only drawback was the small refrigerator / freezer. I would choose this apartment again.

We spent 8 nights at the Rue Marsollier apartment in February 2008. We have rented apartments throughout Europe and this was the best appointed one we have rented. Amenities like free phone service to the US, high speed internet connections, a very nice kitchen and a washer dryer are things you dream about in hotels and most apartments. The location is great--an easy walk to the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. The surrounding neighborhoods have many restaurant and shops. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Our daughter stayed with us for 3 nights. Also, take a copy of the street map showing the location of the aprartment with you. Rue Marsollier is a very short street and several cab drivers were not familier with the location until we showed them the map. We will stay here on our next trip to Paris.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The location is excellent, close to the Pyramides Metro and within easy walking distance of many attractions, such as the Louvre. We made lots of meals in the very well equipped kitchen after shopping at the nearby Monoprix and boulangerie. The apartment is well maintained and quiet, overlooking a pretty courtyard. The free phone calls to Canada were a wonderful bonus. (Thank you Glenn!) We surprised lots of friends with calls from Paris!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week. It was our first time renting an apartment in Paris (instead of staying in a hotel). In a nutshell, we will never stay in a hotel again. The apartment was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, in a GREAT location and very, very quiet. It helped make that trip the best we've ever had to Paris. The building is on a quiet street just a short walk from the Opera and close to a few Metro stops. Everything you need is within walking distance. The next time we visit Paris we will definitely rent from Rentals in Paris. We'll probably get a bigger apartment, though, because we'll have our two children with us next time!

Our stay in the Rue Marsollier apartment gave us the best experience we have ever had in Paris. The location was ideal and the apartment itself was perfect for us. It had the right amount of space, every necessary appliance, and those thoughtful additional touches that made it a home away from home.
