Our recent visit to Paris was wonderful, due largely to our experience in the apartment we rented. From our arrival to our departure we marveled at every aspect of the accommodations. Glenn and Michael graciously welcomed us and happily answered our questions. The apartment was gorgeous and beautifully furnished. As we were traveling with my parents and uncle (all in their 70s) my husband and I slept on the queen sofa for over a week (!) and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. We already are contemplating our next trip and unhesitatingly will rent through Glenn again.

Cooper Flats was nothing short of excellent. From the time we decided we were interested in renting out the apartment at Rue Chanoinesse6 in Paris, France, we had prompt responses to our email inquiries and the booking/payment system was very fast and easy. Upon our arrival, they had pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport which was an additional request of ours and not a normal part of their booking system. The driver was very freindly. The apartment was very comfortable and offered good privacy for two couples. The location was excellent. Every morning my husband picked up fresh croissants, still warm from the patisserie around the corner. There are so many wonderfull brasseries and historic sites within walking distance of the apartment. We will definatley be back and we will definatley be looking to book this apartment. We will also be recommending it to all our friends. You can't beat the comfort and location.

Chanoinesse6 was perfect for my husband and me and our granddaughter, who loved the privacy of her own room and bathroom. Having a phone with free international phone calls was the icing on the cake for her! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, the bathrooms were bright and clean, with terrific showers, and the air conditioning was a wonderful asset for the warm afternoons and early evenings. Each day, we would bring crossants in from the patisserie around the corner and have breakfast out on the terrace, which was great fun! The mini-market just a few doors away on our lovely, quiet street was very convenient, but the "supermarket" on the nearby Ile St. Louis was even better for the one dinner we cooked at home. We found Ile St. Louis very charming, filled with lovely shops, restaurants, and, of course, the incomparable Berthillon ice cream! The location of the apartment could not have been better.

Our Rue Chanoinesse apartment was ideal for our group (two couples). The location couldn't have been better, the patio was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us to shop at the markets and cook some of our meals. The staff at Cooper Paris Flats was very responsive and really took care of us. The apartment was an integral part of our magical stay in Paris and we will definitely return.

My husband, college-student-aged son and daughter, and I enjoyed calling Rue Chanoinesse 6 home for the wonderful week we spent in Paris in August. It lived up to every glowing review I read about it on the website---great location, charming interior, all of the modern conveniences, helpful rental staff. After a long day on our feet, we would have a snack (wine, brie) on our rooftop terrace and listen to the chiming bells of Notre Dame (which fell silent at night!) just a block away. Later, we might make a simple dinner with pasta and fresh vegies we bought at one of the several nearby tiny grocery shops. In the evenings, we would check out the entertainers on the pedestrian bridge by the cathedral or just walk around the Ile de la Cite, feeling completely safe. My husband enjoyed popping out for fresh pastries for us to have for breakfast. It was also nice to be able to call home for free to check up on an elderly parent. The apartment really felt like "home".
