What a wonderful apartment. We rent with Cooper Paris flats each year and while staying in one of their Marais apartments this year we decided to visit this new apartment. It is so wonderful and perfect for our family that we have decided to rent it for our next trip already. Luckily it was still available for our trip. The Place des Vosges is our favorite spot in Paris. We'll be happy to be staying there next time...

We arrived in Boston without a problem. We loved your flat! 1) The flat is very well located, so near to the most beautiful square in the world! 2) The flat is very modern, which is a pleasant and surprising contrast with the building, which is very well perserved and pretty. 3) All the necessary stores are right outside the main gate. 4) Very quiet. 5) We loved the AC, the free phone and Internet service, TV etc. 6) Jennie, our interior designer, says that you have very good taste. 7) Washer and dryer are a gift as well as the hair dryer. 8) The towels as well as the other stuff for personal use was perfect in quantity to the three of us. 9) The fridge works very well. 10) The water pressure in both showers was perfect.

We selected the Rue de Birague apartment for our first trip to Paris, and what an excellent decision that was! The apartment is ideally situated on a historic street adjacent to the magical Place des Vosges in the Marais. It is within easy walking distance to both the St. Paul and Bastille Metro stations, Ile de la Cite, and other neighborhoods, and there are many shops, cafes, and other conveniences. We were delighted to have two lovely bedrooms and two updated bathrooms with excellent water pressure for showers. It was very hot when we were there, so we appreciated the air conditioning, fan, and wonderful cross-breezes afforded by the large casement windows. The kitchen was equipped with modern and easy to use appliances, and we used the high-quality washer and dryer. The Cooper Flats personnel were very helpful and provided excellent instructions for us to follow, so that we could make the most of our stay. We would definitely stay with www.rentals-paris.com again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rue de Birague apartment, which was perfect for two couples. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and having two full baths made it easy to get ready each morning. The apartment felt very safe having an outer door as well as a gate before entering the courtyard. The neighborhood was wonderful and charming, with several cafes, patisseries and nice shops in the area. We were very pleased to have found this apartment and have wonderful memories after staying there. Glenn Cooper and the staff were very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend renting through them.
