I have very positive feedback for you. I really enjoyed my stay in Paris and the appartment was perfect. I had
everything I needed and more.
Wonderful apartment - was luxurious for 2 and OK for 4 when the kids joined us for a night. Sarah was the best at helping with all the details. Many thanks for ALL helping with the DSL hookup! The apartment was perfect for us. The location was everything we could have asked for, and more! Very nice neighborhood, with the Butcher, Bakery, Supermarket, Tabac, all on our block! Easy walking distance to the Metro, and centrally located for all the touristy sites. We would definitely book it again, and hopefully, not in the too distant future. I love the location. The apartment was perfect. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy shown throughtout the process from the reservation through the departure. I have recommended many friends and I hope they get a chance to do business with you. I am looking forward to another stay in Paris using one of your apartments. Again, Thank You. Rue du Bois de Boulogne is a great flat for the American in Paris wanting to find out what its like to live in this infamous city. The amenities in the flat and the neighborhood make every day life easy so you can immerse yourself into the art and culture of the city. After all that's why you want to visit Paris. We loved our (your) apartment and will use your service again next year. I own 2 stores and do a newsletter in which we gave your web sight info and very positive comments about your company, the apartment, and our stay.Thankx again, Jo Ellen and Natalie Communications with Cooper Flats were extremely efficient. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very quiet, despite its proximity to a major road. The only suggestion for improvement would be more information about the neighbourhood shopping ie the Rue Poncelet/Rue Bayen markets and the Avenue des Ternes shops. Enjoyed my stay at your well-appointed appartment. Very conveniently located for shopping on the Rue Duret and walking to the Champs-Elysées. Also, must commend Nancy and Italo on your staff who were very friendly and helpful. Hope to return soon. Let's keep our fingers crossed for the dollar to regain some strength! WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN THAT APARTMENT VERY MUCH.
The presentation of the unit was excellent, and we appreciated all the details given to us about the apartment and the surrounding area. You attended to all the details, and really showed that you cared not only for us but for the owners of the apartment. Having an apartment worked great. The free phone and high speed internet acess made everything easy. The apartment had everything we needed and within a block there was a bakery, fish shop, meat market, fruit and vegetable market, wine shop and small grocery store. It is short distance to the Metro. I do not know what else we could have needed Dear Sirs,
I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and Cooper Paris Flats.
I stayed at:
Rue du Bois de Boulogne
It was a large apartment, excellent kitchen, private elevator, superior security, quarter mile from the Arc d' Triomphe. Excellent location. Internet connection far faster than DSL in the states. I was able to conduct business real time with my office from the apartment.
The apartment was beautiful, marble floors, large tub, ample water pressure. The kitchen was complete, there was even a washer/dryer.
I would highly reccoment it to anyone.
Far superior(and larger) to any 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in paris.
Excellent!!!

It was really the best place I have stayed in Paris. The location is very quite but at the same time you have all shops (food, wine, butcher etc) just round the corner. You can walk to Metro or to Arc de Triumph. You have the feeling of 5 star hotel with marble bathroom and leather furniture. I will choose this flat again! Loved the apartment: excellent location, well laid-out and comfortably furnished, though the sofa could use additional cushions to compensate from the slippery leather. This was second stay at the B de B property so it almost feels like home. If the current economy doesn't continue to tank, hope to be back next year. Ii was the second time we rented this one-bedroom condo, rue du Bois de Boulogne. Everything wqs fine: someone was waiting for us and explained everything; when we had a problem, Glenn Cooper helped us out. Good neighbours. Quiet area. Shopping for food was a pleasure, as it usually is in Paris : very close to supermarket, specialty shops (cheese, meat, etc) and a boulangerie on the corner. Easy access to the airport. Staying in the elegant apartment at Rue Du Bois de Boulogne, playing like a real Parisienne for a week was a dream come true. The property is beautiful and comfortable, extremely convenient to the Metro, and we frequented many of the neighborhood businesses (patisserie, beauty salon, Bellini restaurant). Glenn Cooper and his team are very professional and easy to work with. Go -- you won't be disappointed. |
