Marianne, Thanks for your feedback. What would you like to know about my Paris fractionals? I have owned and rented apartments in Paris for the past 15 years, and had a number of requests from clients who plan to come each year, but didn’t want to buy an apartment outright. I decided to start offering them shares of fractional properties, so they could buy a month a year for life, and it’s doing well.
