In the heart of the famous Marais district, just a few feet away from the Seine River and the Hotel de Ville (Paris city hall), this charming comfortable studio awaits you for your next trip to Paris. This Paris apartment is located in the most central part of the Marais, from where you can explore everything in the Marais, and most other neighborhoods on foot. There are unlimited things to see right in the Marais as well as everything located within a close walk from this ideally located Paris apartment. The Hotel de Ville, Pompidou Center, Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, world famous Rue des Francs Bougeois shopping street, and the Seine River are all within a close walk. The world famous Tea salon, Les Mariage Freres, is on the same street and is well worth the trip. This Paris studio apartment is located on the fourth floor (elevator) of this historic Parisian building (antique staircase). There is a small kitchen next to the entrance, a small but functional bathroom with a full shower, WC and an ample sized wash basin. The Washing Machine/Dryer is located in the bathroom as well. The apartment has a queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa as well. The apartment has cable tv, high speed internet and telephone service. The kitchen is fully equipped. This historic building has original wood beams and columns which have been perfectly restored and add to the warm charming feel of the environment. There are two full Parisian windows that face this small side street (fairly quiet by city standards) which provide good sunlight, especially in the morning since the apartment faces East. The siting area has a sofa (convertible to a bed for two people) and several arm chairs. The DSL system includes WiFi high speed internet, cable tv and telephone service, with phone calls to a number of countries included. . |

The dining table can fit up to four people and overlooks the Rue du Bourg Tibourg with it's wonderful buildings around you. It makes a great spot for intimate Parisian meals. The kitchen has a full stove top, oven and dish washer. There is a small refrigerator, and ample storage space. . |
This Paris studio apartment has a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed, and a full double closet with full length mirrors. The sleeping area also has Parisian windows which extend to the ceiling.
