This old world elegant studio apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Paris; the Ile de la Cite.  The apartment's windows provide a beautiful view of Notre Dame from a few feet away.  This apartment is ideally located in the middle of the two branches of the Seine river, on a charming side street in what was once known as Lutece.  The building is classed among Paris historical monuments and the apartment has been entirely restored including its original wood beams, fireplace and antique touches.  This beautiful air conditioned studio apartment facing Notre Dame is perfect for that unique Parisian experience.

This apartment is a one floor walk up in a historic classed building that faces Notre Dame.  The apartment has the original wood beams that have been there for hundreds of years, and are now restored completely.  The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and fit well with the ambiance of the location.  There is a queen size bed, a very functional kitchen (oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), a beautiful modern bathroom with a full shower and a washing machine/dryer.  The main room is air conditioned, includes a very spacious full length wardrobe, a dining table that faces Notre Dame, cable tv, high speed internet access (WIFI), telephone service (including phone calls to the US, Canada, Australia, and a number of European countries), and a CD stereo system.
