| This luxurious Paris townhouse, located in Paris' historic Marais district is perfect for guests who want that perfect Paris experience. From the moment you arrive at the private staircase leading to your townhouse inside this exquisite Marais building, you will know that you made the right choice. The Marais includes a number of world famous musuems and sites (Picasso Museum, Victor Hugo's home, Musee Carnavelet, Pompidou Center, Place des Vosges). It has also become the trendy epicenter for fine dining and nightlife with many hundreds of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and night clubs. The Paris apartment's location is on a quiet side street that surprisingly is right in the heart of this exciting neighborhood. The perfect spot for easy access to everything the Marais has to offer as well as a quiet comfortable surrounding when you come home.

The main floor has a double living room, a spacious kitchen, and a separate dining room. There are two bedrooms and a separate sleeping area for one person located downstairs. This entire townhouse faces a quiet inner
courtyard and its large Parisian windows provide lots of light. This recently renovated apartment is bright and airy. The furnishings are
contemporary, elegant and very comfortable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and there are two single person trundle beds (very comfortable) located separately. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs and built in showers and ample countertop space (no toilets in the bathrooms). The apartment's WC (toilet) is located in a separate room with an extra wash basin. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. The kitchen has a peninsula bar for light meals as well. The apartment has a flat widescreen cable equipped tv, high speed internet
access (WIFI), a telephone line which includes phone calls to the US, Canada and Australia as well as a number of European countries and a washing machine/dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ample closet space and is very quiet. All bedrooms are located downstairs and face the inner courtyard so they are virtually noise free. It is very peaceful for sleeping.
The second bedroom, located on the other side of the ground floor, has a firm double bed and is very quiet to ensure you a comfortable place to sleep at night.
There is a separate sleeping area in this Paris apartment with two twin trundle beds. This sleeping area (for two people) has a separate closet and it's own television.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The first bathroom has a full bathtub with a built in shower, ample counterspace and storage space. Excellent lighting and mirrors are standard fare. The apartment's toilet is located in a separate room (see photo below)
