Part of our activity comes from managing the short term
rental of furnished paris apartments
for people who are
too busy to manage them on their own.
We
will help you to find clients throughout the year, and handle
all of the time consuming tasks involved in the management
of short term vacation rentals. We will also be on call should
your renters need our assistance during their stay.
We
only represent upscale well-furnished apartments located in
the heart of central Paris. We have several requirements for
accepting apartments to manage :

The apartment must be in impeccable shape and well-furnished
(queen size bed, comfortable living room)
- The kitchen and bathroom must be in excellent shape.
- Apartments should have a television with cable and a telephone
set for local calls.
- An inventory of your apartment is necessary.
