Paris riots over and things back to normal

The French government backed down to protesters last week concerning the highly publicized youth employment contracts that made it easier for employers to fire workers under 26 without stating the reason for their dismissal.

Since this announcement all striking and protesting has ended, and Paris has been filled with many crazy partying teens all having a blast. In addition Spring break has brought in record numbers of Americans and Canadians this year, and Paris is more alive than it has been in a while.

It is a great time to think of coming back to Paris. The Paris tourism office is releasing an unprecedented number of new events planned for late Spring and early Summer this year, in many of the Paris museums and galleries. You can see it all here: www.parisinfo.com
