This elegant two bedroom Paris apartment is located in a beautiful Parisian building in one of the chicest parts of Paris' 7th arrondissement, the Rue Vaneau.   This very upscale Parisian residential neighborhood (despite its very central location) has many superb restaurants, famous shops (including Bon Marche, the city’s oldest and grandest department store), fashionable boutiques and elegant art and antique galleries. The area also boasts some of the finest food shopping in all of Paris. From this apartment, you are a short walk from St Germain des Pres (with Paris' quintessential Cafe de Flore et Les Deux Magots), the Musee d'Orsay, Montparnasse, and Luxembourg Gardens. The Seine, the Louvre, and the Rodin Museum are all within walking distance. Easy access to the Metro and numerous bus lines will enhance your ability to move easily around the city.

This Paris apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a lovely Parisian building that has been renovated in keeping with the original style and layout of the surroundings. The building has an elevator, and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet at night so that you'll be able to sleep well in this beautiful apartment. The high ceilings and large French windows keep the apartment bright all day. There is a small balcony that surrounds the apartment. The owners have decorated this apartment with a number of unique, well chosen items that add that special and authentic touch to this Paris 'pied a terre.'
 
The apartment's main living room is very spacious and bright thanks to its numerous windows. Originally restored oak wood floors are everywhere in the apartment. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom are on opposite sides of the bathroom with separate access from either room.

There is a full kitchen which is completely equipped for the serious cook (oven, stove top, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, counters, etc.) The apartment also has a top quality washing machine and separate dryer. A wide screen Cable tv, stereo system with CD player, telephone service (all local calls and calls to the US, Canada, Australia and many European countries' land lines are all included) and high speed internet access (WIFI) are standard in this beautiful Parisian apartment.

The apartment is well decorated, bright and comfortable.  The owners have chosen all of the furnishings for their own visits to Paris when they stay at their Paris Pied a Terre. Very elegant.
