- Furnishings in most of our Paris apartments include Queen size beds, brand new bathrooms and kitchens, washing machine/dryers, cable tv, local telephone service, hair dryers and irons.

- Our rental rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE. In other words, there are no extra charges or taxes ! The rates include linens/towels, taxes, electricity, local telephone service (i.e. internet access for laptops), our service during your stay and access to our resources such as taxi services.

- All Paris apartment rentals are based on a one-week minimum stay and can start on any day of the week. Additional nights are added on at the prorated per night basis. Stays of two weeks, three weeks, or monthly are discounted.

- Prior to arrival, you will be given our telephone number in Paris and we can be contacted if you need anything during your stay. We also provide guests with a map of the apartment location to help you find your apartment easily when you arrive.

- English speaking staff in Paris handlecheck in procedures with guests at our office on arrival day. Our office phone number, address and contact information will be mailed to each client after confirming your reservation with us to facilitate your arrival in Paris. During your stay in Paris, you will have our contact info in case you need anything. We always do our best to help guests as quickly as possible.

- Our staff are completely bilingual and have lived in both France and the United States.

- Upon arrival, guests will be given a personally prepared guidebook with a number of helpful hints for your stay in Paris which includes instructions for the telephone, appliances, suggestions for restaurants, and specific neighborhood hints...
